An atheist favorite is “We’re all atheists to some degree, I just take it one god further than you do.” Of course, that statement is false. An atheist is someone who by definition believes in no gods, so in no way can we be called atheists, even to “some degree”. But a similar question is: Why your God, and not the others?
Why Yahweh? Why not Zeus? Why not Thor? Why not Zoidberg?

My son in law became an atheist after marrying my daughter. AFTER! My daughter believes wholeheartedly in God and has been saved. I’m no expert in either but I believe as well. I also think she needs to be free of that man immediately!!

I am not into religion nor do I do labels, everyone is who they are and what they believe… before my wife’s passing she were visited by a Chaplain.. he ask her if she had a religion, she said “No”.. he then ask her if she believed in the hereafter, she said “Yes”.. he then said “Good, it is what is in the heart that matters, not a name above a door”… I believe the answer you are seeking lies in the heart… “It is not easy to find happiness within ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.” (Agnes Repplier)… 🙂
