Do Inconsistencies in the Gospels Undermine Scripture’s Inerrancy?

Aren’t there inconsistencies in the New Testament? Doesn’t this show that the New Testament simply isn’t true? Dr. Robert Plummer explains why these so called “inconsistencies” do not undermine the authority of the Scriptures.

  1. I like that post picture, it looks familiar.

This was a good read thank you. I agree there are inconsistencies in the New Testament, but I’ve never believed the New Testament undermined the New Testament itself.

I believe the inconsistencies of translation have misled Christians to stop believing the Old Testament covenant and Torah are
Still applicable today. This has always been my biggest concern with Christian theology. My belief is that Jesus wanted all people to join in the covenant he partook in and for all nations to be blessed by it. I don’t know how or even if he established a new covenant or if that was done by politics and his successors.
